Home sales in the affordable price range accounted for 41% of the 2025 annual sales.
The move-up market was not too far behind with a 31.8% share.
Luxury home sales rounded out the double-digit annual sales share with 13.6% of the region’s total sales.
Sales in the lower price ranges fell off sharply.
379 sales for less than $100,000 were not included in this chart.
