Feb. community and submarkets sales sorted by price. A median price for submarkets with only one sale is charted as N/A. The number of skewed prices like than in Roan Mountain are becoming more common as sales decline but the number of high-end properties increase.
The number of sales increased to 469 from the 440 reported in the count at the first of the month.
The regional median sales price dropped to $262,000 from $265,000. The changes reflect sales that were not received in time for the first of the month count.
