Home sales and prices in the Tri-Cities moved in opposite directions in 2022. https://bit.ly/3VQPv1Z Sales declined for the first time in a decade while prices posted their third straight year of double-digit gains. The median sales price for existing home sales in Piney Flats, Jonesborough, and Gray moved to the $300,000 level in 2022. Kingsport led the region in the total number of sales followed by Johnson City and Greeneville.
