Tri-Cities Market Pulse – July’s data

July’s indicators remained positive with a couple of exception – none of which look like a serious stumbling block for home sales.

A collection of the data is part of the monthly Market Pulse for the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors.  The data included July’s sales by city and county markets, average sales prices, average median price change during past 12 month, price-to-value ratios for E. Tenn. MSAs, nonfarm job update, city and county unemployment rates and retail sales tax collections and more.
